Living and sharing NVC with integrity and consciousness - NVC
    Assessment 2024, Nadarzyn
NVC Assessment with Community Members is an event that allows you to deepen and strengthen your NVC skills and awareness while focusing on candidates. Together we will create an enjoyable experience where we all actively participate, learn from and with each other, hone our skills and work with feedback to maintain the integrity of Nonviolent Communication.

Is this something for me? Yes, if:
You are interested in becoming a CNVC certified trainer, whether you are already on this path or just starting out.
You have already developed some NVC skills and want to practice and improve in NVC.
You are an NVC trainer and want to interact with a community that shares similar ideals.
You want to dive into exploring the authority paradigm and create a space together where you can overcome its limitations.
You want to be offered rich and insightful feedback from colleagues and assessors
    How will this work?
We will all work together to create a feedback and learning event that will benefit the next generation of trainers while ensuring the integrity of NVC. You are invited to bring your skills for role-plays and practice presentations, provide feedback throughout the program, and fill the room with NVC awareness.
    Recommendations:
\"The assessment combines 50 days of NVC training into 2.5 days.\" If you have any reservations, just go with it. - [Name.]
\"I was lucky enough to attend the assessment in England. Although I have participated in several IITs and other trainings before, I can say from the bottom of my heart that my needs for intensity, sharing, information, support, connection, discovery and much more were met in just four days. I look back on this assessment with gratitude as a member of the community and I truly hope and plan to participate in many more in the future.\"
    Led by whom?
Shona Cameron (UK), Ian Peatey (Romania), Ania Mills, and Ola Golaszewska (Poland). They are part of the English Speaking European Assessor Team (ESEAT).
